SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- To respond to customer requests and issue and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to work independently and to handle out door sales
- Provide on site measurement support and solutions to meet customer’s requirement
- Experience in handling tenders & Contract Administration
- Responsible for achieving sales targets & developing new account
Requirements:
- At Least 2 years experienced in Stainless Steel trade
- Familiar with dimension measuring
- Familiar with Stainless steel fabrication knowledge
- Process good co-ordination skill
- Familiar with Kitchen Equipment Product
- Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (for business communication)
- Computer literate
- With Class 3 Driving license w/ own transport (Provide Transport Allowance)
- Basic + Commission

- Degree or Diploma in Bldg or Civil Engineering
- Minimum relevant experience of 3 years in Building Industry, preferably in project management
- Candidates with lower education background but with relevant working experiences will be given consideration
- Coordinate site with designer/Main contractor/owners / consultants
- Coordinate with workers/sub contractors
- Control/monitoring work progress
- Only those with strong knowledge of M&E and Architectural work will be considered
- Building Construction Safety Supervisor certificate will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Auto Cad and drafting will be an added advantage
- High computer literacy
- Good communication skills
